Tenuta Castello Golf Course Wedding in Italy

Maria Giulia and Andrea chose this fantastic venue between the plains and the hills around Biella to celebrate their wedding. A splendid green oasis in the midst of other greenery, with wide open spaces and that old castle ruins (hence the name) sprinkling on everything a somewhat Scottish mood. To snap the Highlands vibe up even more, the day began gray and rainy, only to turn after the ceremony with the sun rays peeking out on a nice, cool and very pleasant summer evening.

For us who come from the ever crowded Ligurian Riviera (and especially so during summer) with heavy traffic and cement landscapes, a golf course wedding such as this at beautiful Tenuta Castello Cerrione represents a nice diversion and a godsend, to shake off that ever present feeling of constriction and visual clutter, with whom I have been living since birth but which, in truth, bothers me more than a little. So welcome is a golf course wedding from time to time,  the green and the open spaces!
