Elena and Andrea have chosen to celebrate their summer wedding in Monferrato, a charming winery region in the green hills of Piedmont, Italy. The hot and sunny day perfectly matched their exuberant personality. I know this beautiful couple since long and have photographed them as guests of many previous weddings of friends and members of their families. Finally their turn has arrived!
It was such a joy to spend their day together, to document their laughter and joy, their dance moves, them chasing helicopters (!), never sparing sweat or tears of emotion. When my clients live their wedding so intensely my job is easier, as I’m offered so much to draw inspiration from and so much to document. When people party and enjoy themselves one hundred percent I’m the happiest of campers and the most comfortable of photographers.
Now I just have to wait for the next couple to get married and the next opportunity to document the tales of this charming group of people, which I’m bound to by a long-term relationship and which I have become fond of. Sigh 🙂
