Wedding at Villa Buonvisi for Linnea and Denis, a wonderful couple from Sweden who, along with their guests, decided to celebrate their wedding in the green countryside of Tuscany, just south of Lucca.
From the very first contact, Linnea and Denis were clear that the photos of their wedding should represent their day as it unfolded, placing great importance on the documentary aspect of their wedding photographs. This immediately put me at ease, because there is nothing I want more than for my clients to judge the quality of my photos by their ability to capture the authenticity and uniqueness of their day. My characteristic as a wedding photographer has always been to capture moments as they happen, without interfering. Without applying my mental schemes or preconceptions, but simply lending my photographic language to tell the story of my clients’ day as it naturally unfolds. This is what I have always done, and this is what I did in this case as well.
On this occasion, I am also introducing a new way of presenting weddings concisely through “action slides,” which should be an evolution of the classic slideshow. I am happy to have the opportunity to do this with this lovely couple in the perfect setting of a wedding at Villa Buonvisi, a lovely and extremely photogenic venue immersed in the greenery of Tuscany.
